Brett
Lance is a
licensed Realtor with Sea Pines Real Estate Company. Brett
is an Ohio native who moved the Lowcountry in 1999 after
serving four years as an Air Traffic Controller in the United
States Marine Corps. Brett has an extensive background in commercial and residential construction and was an accomplished project manager prior to his transition into real estate. Brett's attention to detail sets him
apart from many. He's an individual who sets extremely high
standards for himself and brings a lot of creative energy

Tim Peirce
Tim joined Prud’homme & Associates in 2007 and is a licensed Realtor with the Sea Pines Real Estate Company. Tim specializes in luxury homes in the Hilton Head and Bluffton area. Tim began his professional career as a Sales Executive with Rand Worldwide. Tim moved to the Island in the Spring of 2003 and has been in Real Estate ever since. Tim has continued to double his sales volume year after year. With over $18 million in sales in 2007 Tim was ranked in the top 20 of over 1,600 area wide agents.
